How we use AI

What we use

Delivery, retries, HMAC-SHA256 signatures, rate limits, the dashboard, and the customer portal are deterministic software. We do not run a model over your webhook payloads in v1. There is no generative assistant in the product today.

What we do not do

• Train, fine-tune, or evaluate a Media Yard model on your events
• Sell payload corpora
• Send payloads to OpenAI, Anthropic, or any other foundation-model provider for inference
• Make automated decisions about a natural person based on payload content

If that changes

If a future optional assistant is added to the dashboard, it will be described here before it touches customer data, and any model provider that receives content will be added to Privacy and DPA Annex 3 with at least 30 days’ notice.

EU AI Act note

Webhookmill is a webhook delivery product, not a model. We do not place a general-purpose AI model on the Union market under our name. You remain responsible for what you put in a payload and for any AI system in your own product.
