Terms of Service

These terms govern use of webhookmill (https://webhookmill.com), operated by Media Yard LLC, PO Box 73, Pennsauken, NJ 08110. By creating an account or calling the API you agree to them.

The service

We provide an API and dashboard to enqueue outbound webhook deliveries, sign them with HMAC-SHA256, retry failed attempts on a published backoff, and show delivery logs — including a customer portal for your end customers.

Accounts and plans

Access is self-serve. Starter is $0. Pro is $49/month. Scale is $149/month. Paid plans are billed through Stripe Checkout. Caps (events, endpoints, event types, log retention, rate limits) are stated on the site and enforced in the product. We may tune caps; material reductions will be posted here.

Acceptable use

Use is also governed by the Acceptable Use Policy. Rate limits are part of the product, not a courtesy.

Your customers

You are the controller of payloads you enqueue. Do not send secrets you would not put on a wire. The customer portal shows delivery history and endpoint health for the endpoint token you share.

No warranty; limitation

The service is provided as-is. Delivery is best-effort with retries; we do not warrant multi-region availability. Media Yard LLC is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Liability is capped at fees paid in the prior three months.
