Media Yard LLC (“we”) operates webhookmill at https://webhookmill.com. This policy explains what we collect to run outbound webhook delivery.

What we collect

• Account email for magic-link authentication.
• Endpoint URLs, signing secrets, event types, and API key hashes.
• Event payloads you enqueue, plus delivery attempts, status codes, and response snippets.
• Billing email and Stripe identifiers when you subscribe to Pro or Scale.

What we do not collect

We do not sell personal data. We do not run advertising pixels on the product. We do not ask for phone numbers. Magic links are sent through Resend when configured.

Retention

Delivery logs are retained for the window on your plan (7 / 30 / 90 days). Account records stay until you ask us to close the account.
